During the checkout process you are prompted to PayPal, if you want to pay with credit card, just click the link on the left hand side, mid way down the page that says, "Don't have a PayPal account? Can I mix and match fabrics? TOP
Oh, yes, please do! You can mix and match all of the fabrics you would like. It makes my job a ton of fun when you do.
Does the cameleon canopy it a frog? TOP
Cameleon, Frog, Gecko and Bee canopies are all different sizes and shapes. I recommend you order your canopy for the exact model Bugaboo stroller you have. Some of my customers do use a Cameleon canopy on the Bugaboo Frog however it is not snug fitting and in my opinion, looks sloppy. Your Bugaboo stroller is too high end to have it look sloppy. Let me custom make your canopy to fit your stroller perfectly.
What is the difference between cotton and cotton canvas fabrics? TOP
Cotton fabrics are 100% cotton but are a thin to medium weight fabric with a smooth texture. I line all of the cotton fabric canopies with a layer of sun blocking material that add thickness to your canopy and ensures fabulous quality and durability. I recommend you machine wash on cold, hang or lay flat to dry and then if needed, iron.
Cotton canvas fabrics are 100% cotton, heavier, thicker, and have a weaved texture, very similar to the original Bugaboo fabrics which is a nylon canvas. I recommend you machine wash on cold, hang or lay flat to dry and then if needed, iron.
Will your custom creations fit my stroller snug? TOP
Yes! I am a perfectionist who ensures each custom piece fits the stroller perfectly.
I need a rush on my order, is that possible? TOP
No, I am sorry. At this time no rush order are being accepted. Orders are created in the order in which they were paid.
I prefer to use organic and bamboo fabrics, do you ever work with these materials? TOP
Yes! I am always happy to work with customer who want to use organic and bamboo products. Just complete the contact us form and I will call you to help you create the perfect set.
Why do order take approx. 8 - 12 weeks? TOP
Each creations is custom made to order. It is just me, one person, fulfilling all custom orders. I like to take my time to ensure your set fits like a glove on your stroller.
I am also a mom to 2 beautiful toddler girls and a wife to a wonderful husband. I work during naps and bedtime. I try so hard to complete each order as soon as possible but sometime it does take longer depending on our family schedule, work load (sometimes I have dozen of orders), and fabric availability. I truly love what I do and will always try to accommodate all requests and orders but I must also balance this with family and life. As a parent yourself, I am sure you can understand.
